Chairs Forum: This is a private Facebook and WhatsApp group providing Chair's with a sounding-board, source of support and ideas / advice. There are very few new problems or challenges, some u3a somewhere will have been there and done that. There's also a regular session online where a given topic is discussed. Let's Talk Tech: started in lockdown to facilitate and promote the use of tech (Zoom et al) to maintain connections with members, it has naturally evolved into a tech support site for all kinds of tech issues. Its strength is the range of tech experts who are on there, ready to help where they can. Network Link: Network Link is different to a county Network like Derbyshire Network. It's a forum in which any u3a member can participate, and pretty much any topic can be discussed, some are about the management of u3as, some are more general. An future presentation will focus on how u3as can use Social Media better, for instance.
